On May 4, 2013 around 8:48 PM officers responded to the 100 Block of Lincoln Street, Henderson in reference to a motor vehicle collision and shots fired. Upon arrival officers found Ladarrius Talley, 25, of 778 Mount Pleasant Church Road Manson, NC, inside the vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound. Vehicle collided with a brick pillar and fence before coming to rest. EMS arrived on scene and pronounced Mr. Talley deceased. An autopsy will be conducted by the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office on Monday. Investigation is being conducted by members of the Henderson Police Department Criminal Investigations Division.
