Vance County Schools is pleased to announce that Brian Creasman, principal of Northern Vance High School, has been selected as the 2008-2009 Principal of the Year for Vance County Schools.
Creasman was chosen for this prestigious recognition by a vote of his fellow principals and other administrators in the school system.
Creasman is now in his second year as principal at Northern Vance High School. He came to Northern Vance as the principal at the beginning of the 2007-2008 school year, after serving as principal of Eaton-Johnson Middle School. Prior to taking over as Eaton-Johnson’s instructional leader, he was an assistant principal at the school. He became the principal at Eaton-Johnson in January of 2007 upon the retirement of then Principal Michael Talley.
