Fatay Baskett
On Thursday, February 6, 2014, members of the Henderson Police Department Special Operations Division executed a search warrant at 514 Hargrove Street, Henderson. Agents conducted an investigation into drug sales at this location after citizen complaints were received about illegal activity in the area.
Fatay Baskett, 27, 514 Hargrove Street, Henderson was charged with one count of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver marijuana as well as maintaining a dwelling for keeping/selling a controlled substance. Baskett was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 25,000.00 secured bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled on February 24, 2014 in Vance County District Court.
