Enrollment is in progress at 4-H for a variety of summer classes from mid June through the first week in August. Visit http://vance.ces.ncsu.edu and click on 4-H Youth Development (on the left), look for 2014 Summer Fun Schedule. Enrollment forms are nearer the bottom of the page. Classes are been added as volunteers commit themselves to teach. Contact Turner Pride, 4-H Agent, at 252-438-8188 or visit the Cooperative Extension office at 305 Young Street in downtown Henderson.
The June classes which still have openings are Cake Decorating, Jellies & Jams, and Down on the Farm. Youths do not have to be in a a 4-H club to participate.
