The course offers advanced training for a Nurse Aide (CNA) focused on enhancing specific skills needed when providing care in a home setting, rather than in a nursing facility. Topics include person-centered care, nutrition/hydration, patient and personal safety, mental health, dementia, behavioral challenges, pain management, palliative care and stress management. The cost of the Home Care Aide course is $205, plus other applicable fees and the cost of textbook.
