On Tuesday, January 13, 2015, members of the Henderson Police Department Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant at 305 Main Street, Henderson. During the search, officers recovered heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana, pills and three firearms. The following individuals were charged as a result of the investigation:
Quincy Batchelor, 23, 1901 NC 39 South, Henderson was charged with manufacturing heroin; Possession with the intent to manufacture, sell/deliver heroin; Possession with the intent to manufacture, sell/deliver cocaine; Manufacturing cocaine. Batchelor was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 60,000.00 secured bond.
Ty’Relle Sneed, 21, 235 Clark Street, Henderson was charged with manufacturing cocaine; Possession with the intent to manufacture, sell/deliver, heroin; Possession with the intent to manufacture, sell/deliver cocaine; Manufacturing cocaine. Sneed was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 40,000.00 secured bond.
Dwana Marrow 18, 1903 NC 39 South, Henderson was charged with possession of a stolen firearm; Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; Manufacturing heroin; Manufactuing cocaine; Possession with the intent to manufacture, sell/deliver cocaine; Possession with the intent to manufacture, sell/deliver heroin; Resist, delay and obstruct an officer in performance of his/her duties. Marrow was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 60,000.00 secured bond.
Jasmine Batchelor, 25, 305 Main Street, Henderson was charged with possession of a stolen firearm; Maintaining a dwelling for keeping/selling a controlled substance; Possession of drug paraphernalia; Manufacturing heroin; Manufacturing cocaine; Manufacturing marijuana. Batchelor was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 65,000.00 secured bond.
All defendants are scheduled to appear in Vance County District Court on January 20, 2015 for a preliminary hearing.
