On Thursday, February 5, 2015, Devonjee Branch was taken into custody on these federal charges by officers of the Louisburg, N.C. police department. Branch surrendered himself to authorities late yesterday evening. Branch will be held in the Franklin County Jail without privilege of bond pending transfer of custody to the United States Marshall Service.
The Henderson Police Deparment has been seeking Branch since October 2014. The press release then was: The Henderson Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Devonjee Kesean Branch, 25, 219 S. Garnett Street, Henderson. Branch is wanted on federal charges relating to the distribution of heroin and conspiracy to distribute heroin.
