On August 10, 2009 at 1:25 p.m. members of the Henderson Police Department’s Patrol Division and Criminal Investigations Division responded to a residence at 102 Ranes Drive concerning a report of a breaking and entering in progress.
Upon arrival, officers surrounded the residence and a suspect exited through the front door.
Jesus Montelongo, 26, of 115A Ranes Drive was taken into custody and charged with breaking & entering, larceny, and possession of stolen goods. Montelongo is being held under a $30,000 bond.
Jewelry taken from the residence was located in the possession of Montelongo.
