It seems to us that the introduction of up to 36 low-to-moderate income owner-occupied houses on the Beacon Light property would enhance the neighborhood by strengthening the block of such houses that already abut the site.
The solution to urban blight doesn’t always have to be moving further from the city center. Let’s think about it on today’s open line.
