Two arrests made in joint law enforcement raid
Raleigh — United States Attorney George E.B. Holding announced that Criminal Complaints were unsealed today that charged two Henderson men, Abdullah Ahmed Almuwallad and Mohamed Mohamed Nagi, with federal crimes.

Wanted for failure to appear on larceny charge
Jovon Antwon Bullock The Henderson Police Department is currently attempting to locate Jovon Antwon Bullock, 22. Bullock’s last known address is 416 Harriett Street in Henderson. Bullock is wanted for failing to appear in court on a felony larceny charge. Anyone with information is asked to call the Henderson Police Department at 252.438.4141, 911, or Crime Stoppers at 252.492.1925.

During the County Manager’s Report portion of the regular monthly meeting of the Vance County Board of Commissioners, County Manager Jerry Ayscue related a discussion within the Human Resources Committee outling the difficulty of filling the position of Economic Development Director in the past.

City Boards & Commissions Committee meets Dec. 8
The Henderson City Council’s Boards & Commissions Committee will meet on Wednesday, December 8, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. in the City Hall Conference Room. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss appointments/re-appointments to the Human Relations Committee, Economic Development Committee, Clean Up Henderson Committee and the H. Leslie Perry Library Board. The meeting is open to the public.
Rep. Wray’s Raleigh Report
