Vance County’s General Government Committee is scheduled to meet Tuesday, September 2 at 12:00 noon in the County Manager’s Administrative Conference Room.  The purpose is to discuss proposed legislative goals.

Please be informed that the County’s HR Committee is scheduled to meet Thursday, September 4th at 5:00 p.m. in the administrative conference room. 

The County’s HR Committee is scheduled to meet Tuesday, August 26 at 12:00 noon in the Administrative Conference Room.  The purpose is to discuss criteria for the County Manager’s position.

The Vance County Board of Commissioners is soliciting citizen input for potential state legislative issues directly related to county government.  Citizen proposals will be reviewed by County officials for possible inclusion in an overall proposal to the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners for consideration in the development of its legislative goals for the upcoming 2015-16 biennium session of the NC General Assembly.
