Franklinton man arrested for statutory rape
On June 22, 2010 after a investigation conducted by members of the Henderson Police Department Criminal Investigations Division, Victor Hernandez 61 Happy Valley in Franklinton, North Carolina was arrested and charged with three counts of statutory rape of a fourteen year old.
