Arrest for Felonious Possession of Marijuana
On Friday, November 07, 2014, members of the Henderson Police Department Special Operation Unit arrested David Spencer Moss, 38, 1569 Beechtree Trail, Kittrell, N.C. Moss was charged with the following offenses: Felonious possession of marijuana; Manufacturing marijuana; Possession of drug paraphernalia; Maintaining a dwelling for keeping or selling a controlled substance.
