VGCC honors Radiography Graduates

Mitch Evans was recently named Dean of Vance-Granville Community College’s Warren County Campus. Evans has served in the North Carolina Community College System for 22 years, including almost five years at VGCC. Wide Open Bluegrass festival to remain in Raleigh through 2018

The Wide Open Bluegrass festival, which relocated to Raleigh from Nashville last year, will remain in the Capital City through 2018, organizers announced Tuesday (yesterday). On Monday, May 12, 2014, members of the Henderson Police Department arrested Wayne Elliott Hubbard, 27, 127 Granite Street in Henderson. Hubbard’s arrest stems from a federal grand jury returning indictments charging Hubbard with one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and one count of possession of ammunition.
