52 Pounds of Marijuana Confisicated in Parham Road Bust

On Thursday, April 10, 2014, members of the Henderson Police Department Special Operations Division and the Vance County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 744 Parham Road, Henderson. Officers arrested Mark Anthony Davis and Lawanda Joyce Ragland. Davis and Ragland were occupants of the residence.
