On December 16, 2012 around 7:06 AM officers with the Henderson Police Department responded to 1221 Montgomery Street Ext., Henderson in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Deyon Durham, 24, of 279 Faulkner Street Henderson, NC with a gunshot wound. Mr. Durham was pronounced deceased on scene.
