As we close in on finishing our first week of donations we have had some financial donations. Today in the cafeteria of the Maria Parham Medical Center, tickets for the Raffle Drawing will be available at noon. North Carolina is Nation’s 16th Largest Cyberstate and Growing.

According to the 14th annual Cyberstates report from TechAmerica Foundation, North Carolina remained the 16th largest cyberstate. And while the technology industry saw a dip in jobs in 2010, the decline was half that of the year before, representing trending growth in the industry. Tuesday afternoon, Breckenridge street was closed for yet another downtown Henderson event. Over 350 cyclists arrived in Henderson throughout the day on Tuesday as part of a 460 mile 7 day trip across North Carolina on bicycle. Participants are staying in area campgrounds off I-85, hotels, and even sleeping bags at the YMCA.
