The Vance County Board of Education will tour the New Elementary School located at 309 Mount Carmel Church Road on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. The tour will leave from the Administrative Services Center parking lot and proceed to the school site by activity bus. The Administrative Services Center is located at 1724 Graham Avenue in Henderson, North Carolina.
School board committees to meet Wednesday
The Vance County Board of Education’s Curriculum Committee will meet on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. The board’s Policy Committee will meet on the same day at 12:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the Administrative Services Center’s Superintendent’s Conference Room located at 1724 Graham Avenue in Henderson, North Carolina. No agenda was provided for either meeting.
2009-2011 council takes office
