The Henderson City Council held a meeting during its regular meeting on Monday, June 9, 2008 over a proposed application for a $1 million grant from the North Carolina Department of Community Assistance.

The Vance County Board of Education will hold a board retreat on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Ambassador’s Inn & Suites, 197 Parham Road Henderson, NC 27536. The purpose of the meeting is to review and establish board goals and objectives.
