There will be a Raw Water Intake Project Update at 10:00 a.m followed by a meeting of the Kerr Lake Regional Water System Advisory Board Partners at 11:00 a.m. Both meetings will be held at the Kerr Lake Regional Water Plant.
At 12:30 p.m., the FAIR Committee and the Public Works Committee will hold a special joint session in the City Hall Conference Room to discuss garbage pickup alternatives with Interim City Manager Jerry Moss. The Land Planning Committee is scheduled to meet at 4:00 p.m. in City Hall as well.
We’re disappointed that we’ll be unable to attend the 12:30 meeting, as it promises to be both interesting and important to our community. We hope someone will let us know what happens.
