There will be a meeting at 1:00 p.m. at City Hall for Beacon Light residents to talk to HUD officials about relocation and other concerns. The city will be providing transportation for Beacon Light residents without means of their own to and from the meeting.
We’re very interested in the discussion of what second language is best to study. As an educator, it is my belief (and there is some science to back this up) that the study of any second language early in life confers upon the mind “linguistic flexibility” that is lifelong. What is best, then? Utility or diversity? You be the judge on today’s open line.
