Monday’s open line

How do you feel about the city’s decision to give its share of the Armory, with stipulations, to the Boys and Girls Club? It it a negotiation tactic, as County Commissioner Tommy Hester suggested in Sunday’s Daily Dispatch, an opportunity to pass off a political hot potato for both governments, or genuine good will on the part of the city and a chance for the county to show the same?
