On August 20, 2006, a shooting incident occurred at the Auto Brite car wash located at 1208 E. Andrews Avenue.
As a result of this incident, Phillip Jordan, 35, was shot and killed.
After an extensive investigation by members of the Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division, Jabron Fuller, 29, has been arrested and charged with second degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Fuller was placed in the Vance County Jail under a $50,000 secured bond pending a March 26 court appearance.
