Last week Henderson landlords through their representative Attorney Mike Satterwhite made a counterproposal to the City’s proposed Certificate of Occupancy Ordinance.

The landlord’s counter-offer may be a moot point, however, if SB 1507 survives a coming vote on the NC Senate floor and the coming “crossover” with its House companion bill HB 1011.
