On September 1, 2007, the Henderson Police Department responded to a call from Cruizers on Ruin Creek Road regarding a larceny of gasoline.

The clerk working at the business informed the responding officer that a white male at Pump 2 had informed her via intercom that a white female would pay for the fuel.

The female entered the store and got a box of beer. After standing near the door, looking at other merchandise, she turned and left the store.

The clerk believes that the beer was Natural Light brand. It is valued at ten to twelve dollars.

The fuel pumped by the white male was not paid for either.

The two left the store in a black Buick four-door sedan and were seen traveling east on Ruin Creek Road towards the I-85 overpass. No license plate number could be gathered.

The white male is described as having short hair, a white t-shirt, light-colored blue jeans, and the driver of a black Buick.

The white female is described as having blond hair in a pony tail, about five feet five inches in height, of slender build wearing a light blue shirt and blue jean Capri pants. She is estimated to be in her 30’s.

Anyone with information regarding this larceny is encouraged to contact Henderson-Vance Crime Stoppers at 252.492.1925. All calls are confidential and the anonymity of the caller is assured. Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards for the arrest and conviction of suspected criminals.
