On January 8, 2007, at approximately 8:51 p.m., officers of the Henderson Police Department responded to 501 Old Epsom Road concerning a report of someone shot.
Upon arrival, police found James Small, Jr., 23, suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg.
The victim was transported to the Maria Parham Medical Center where he was treated and listed in stable condition.
The victim advised police that a blue vehicle occupied by four individuals had driven past where he was standing and several shots were fired from the vehicle.
After an investigation into the incident by members of the Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, the suspect below was arrested and charged:
