Arrests

– Natasha Durham of 721 Berry Street was arrested on March 13, 2008 for assault with a deadly weapon (box cutter). She was placed in the Vance County Jail with a $1,000 secured bond.

– Doral Lewis Perry of 111 S. Pinkston Street, Apt. 35 was arrested on March 15, 2008 for possession of stolen goods and failing to appear on a charge of driving while license revoked. He was placed in the Vance County Jail under a $1,000 secured bond.

– Tu’Keisha “Kee Kee” Person of 1261 Americal Road, Lot 4, was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon.

– Bodley Castelly reported that someone broke the window in his car and stole his JVC car cd player.

– Susan Aiken reported that somebody used her credit card.

– Rosie Williams reported that someone broke the window of her car and stole speakers and AMP Kicker 1200w.

– Keisha Henderson reported that someone broke into her vehicle and stole an am/fm stereo cd player and various cds.

March 15, 2008

– Officer Belongie turned over a subject to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for an immigration violation.

– Lucy Davis reported that somebody hit her vehicle and then left the scene of the collision.

– Jimmy Hedgepath, of Supply Line Country Market, reported that someone stole some pork loins/baby back ribs valued at $15.

– Annie Kittrell reported that someone hit her vehicle and then left the scene of the collision.

– Jay Loving, of Food Lion, reported that someone stole some packaged meat valued at $50.

March 16, 2008

– Tenisha Williams reported that somebody broke the glass in the vehicle she was driving and stole the in-dash CD player valued at $300.
– Sharon Lang reported that someone stole two cement urns, valued at $500, from her residence.

– Janice Allen reported someone stole a bottle of her medicine valued at $50.
