HPD incidents and arrests


Arrests

– Jonathan Phillip Durham, of 705 E. Andrews Avenue, was arrested for contempt of court violations. He was placed in the Vance County Jail under a $4,000 secured bond.

– Mary Ross, of 1006 Harriet Street, was arrested for domestic assault. She was placed in the Vance County Jail. Bond information was not available.

– Jessica House, of 4102 Hugh Davis Road, Youngsville, North Carolina, was arrested for contempt of court violations. She was placed in the Vance County Jail under a $20,000 secured bond.

– Frances Leon Neal, of 902 S. Carolina Avenue, was arrested for contempt of court violations. He was placed in the Vance County Jail under a $7,000 secured bond.

– Edith Boyd, of 413 Ivy Street, was written a citation for shoplifting.

– Clementine Russell, of 430 Chavasse Avenue, had a order for arrest served on her. She was placed in the Vance County Jail under a $1,000 secured bond.

– Jose Luis Rodriguez, of 1261 Americal Road, Lot 74A, was arrested for DWI, no operator’s license, and safe movement violation. He was place in the Vance County Jail under a $2,000 secured bond.

– Jerry Lane Powell, of 406 Tower Lane, was arrested for a larceny that occurred in Belk’s Department Store. It was reported that Powell allegedly stole two shirts and a pair of blue jeans with a total value of $88.

Incident Reports

March 17, 2008

– Tanisha Williams reported that someone cracked the windshield of a vehicle owned by Lakeisha Williams.

– Milton Boyd Harrison reported five counts of fraud.

– Kelvin Evans reported someone was fraudulently writing check and cashing them.
