HPD arrests and incidents


Arrests

– Xavier Judd, of 111 S. Clark Street, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver marijuana, manufacturing marijuana, and maintaining a vehicle used for keeping and selling a controlled substance. Judd was placed in the Vance County Jail on a $20,000 secured bond.

– Elvin Lewis, of 2570 George Winston Road, Bullock, was arrested for misdemeanor larceny. Lewis stole $70 worth of ribeye steaks. He was placed in the Vance County Jail under a $1,000 secured bond.

– Morocco Stutson Jr., of 334 E. Andrews Avenue, was arrested for possession of marijuana. He was cited and released.

– Genelle Hill, of 224 Pinkston Street, was arrested for injury to personal property. She was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.

– John Lee Sutton, of 1158 Warrenton Road, was arrested for assault on a female. He was place in the Vance County Jail with no bond.

– Lashika Fields, of 233 Gholson Avenue, was arrested for communicating threats. She was placed in the Vance County Jail under a $300 secured bond.

Incident Reports

March 18, 2008

– Jenelle Hill reported that someone broke in her residence and caused property damage.

– William J. Morgan reported that somebody broke in his vehicle and stole a GPS navigation system and some CDs.

– William Mayfield reported that someone broke in his vehicle and stole his credit card.

– It was reported that someone broke in eight trucks that were parked at 18 Market Street.

– Robert Horton, of Horton’s Warehouse reported that someone spray-painted the building.

– Saba Alashmali, of Kwik Stop on Nicholas Street, reported that someone broke into the Kwik Stop and stole $300 in US currency, $522 worth of cigarettes, and $60 worth of lottery tickets.

– Angela B. Alston reported that somebody hit her car and left the scene.

– Shirley Hargrove, of 613 S. Williams Street, reported that someone stole her .22 calibre handgun.
