Targeting the west side of Henderson, an undercover officer assisted with a prostitution operation towards the end of the “Operation Smoke Out” campaign.
A female later identified as Barbara Royster flagged down the undercover officer and allegedly attempted to negotiate a price for sex.
Royster was issued a citation for loitering for the purpose of prostitution and released.
