Here is the agenda for tonight’s meeting of the Henderson City Council. The council will meet at 7:00 p.m. in its chambers in City Hall on Rose Avenue.

b. Public Hearing: Review the budget and activities that have been accomplished through the City’s FY05 CDBG David Street Concentrated Needs Grant Program. The program activities are complete and the city is in the process of closing out the program (See Attached)
c. Public Hearing: Rezoning by Richard A. Branch to rezone property located at 219 Dabney Drive, 0.689 +/-acres from OI to B4 (Vance County Tax Map 0017, Block 05, Lot 011 & 012) CITY (See Attached)
