On November 5, 2008 officers of the Henderson Police Department Patrol Division responded to a burglar alarn call at Lowes Hardware located at 166 Dabney Road.
Upon checking the building, officers located a suspect at the rear of the business. After further investigation, the suspect listed below was arrested and charged with breaking, entering and larceny.
Officers found that the suspect had cut the chain that leads into the fenced in area of the garden center. Taken during the B&E were one leaf blower and one circular saw having a total value of $285. The items were recovered.
