On May 28, 2009, members of the Henderson Police Department’s Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 432 Whitten Avenue.
During the search of the residence marijuana and drug paraphernalia was located.
Shelvin Mandel Hargrove, 34, of 966 Dick Faines Road in Henderson was arrested. Hargrove was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
