On July 16, 2009 at 7:25 a.m., officers of the Henderson Police Department responded to the area of Mason Street and Old Epsom Road concerning a report of possible prostitution.
Upon arrival, officers located two individuals in a black pickup truck. After further investigation both individuals were charged. Janet Harrison, 39 of 723 Berry Street was charged with prostitution. Marshall Dunston, 72, of 703 State Street was charged with solicitation for prostitution. Both individuals have a court date of September 29, 2009.
