Derrick Miles, 29, arrested on a federal gun charge
On July 18, 2009 officers of the Henderson Police Department arrested Darrick Sterling Miles, 29.
Miles was taken into custody on an outstanding federal indictment. The federal warrant in this matter was the result of a joint investigation and a search warrant that was executed at his residence by members of the Henderson Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF).
Illegal drugs were seized along with an assault rifle.
Miles is being held without privilege of bond on federal charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon pending federal court proceedings.
