Chief K.L. Sidwell reports that members of the Henderson Police Department’s Narcotics Unit served a search warrant on the address of 430 John Street, Henderson, North Carolina.
The search warrant was executed on July 23, 2009.
The individual listed below was arrested after an intensive investigation by members of the Narcotics Unit. Several citizen complaints of drug activity were also received in the area of 430 John Street.
A stolen pump-action shotgun and marijuana were located.
Prior to the search warrant, the individual listed below was convicted of two felonies for possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver cocaine and possession of cocaine.
The investigation is continuing and more arrests are pending.
