The Henderson Police Department would like to inform the public of a recent speed limit change on Beckford Drive.
The speed limit on Beckford Drive between Radio Lane and Dabney Drive has been lowered from 45 mph to 35 mph. As of Monday, there are signs posted to display the new 35 mph speed limit.
The lower speed limit will hopefully improve safety for road users and pedestrians. The public should take notice of the new speed limit and comply with this new regulation.
