Home in Henderson has confirmed that Vance County Commissioner Scott Hughes was arrested on Saturday, October 10, 2009 on a warrant from Craven County for two misdemeanor counts of cyber-stalking.
Hughes is accused of threatening a Craven County man and his wife with bodily harm in an email. The incident is alleged to have occurred on September 21, 2009.
