Vance County Board of Commissioners Chair Dan Brummitt has called for a special meeting of the Vance County Board of Commissioners for Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. in the County Commissioners Meeting Room on the second floor of the County Administration Building at 122 Young Street, Henderson, North Carolina.
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
1) Change order for construction of the new elementary school and a recommended procedure for future change orders
2) Executive Session:
a) Property
b) Personnel
c) Contract Negotiations
According to a copy of an email sent on Friday, October 16, 2009 by County Manager Jerry Ayscue, Commissioners Deborah Brown and Danny Wright will not be available for the meeting.
