Arrest made in November triple shooting
On November 29 2009 at 4:15 p.m. officers of the Henderson Police Department responded to a report of a shooting in the 400 block of Merriman Street.
Pawn shop burglar apprehended by HPD
On December 18, 2009 around 2:30 a.m. patrol officers with the Henderson Police Department responded to the Hard Times Pawn Shop at 106 Dabney Drive in reference to an alarm activation.

County property committee to meet
The Vance County Board of Commissioners’ Properties Committee is scheduled to meet this Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Conference Room to discuss the Henderson Collegiate Charter School.
