On April 9, 2010 Miguel Burt, 17, of 542 Mason Street Henderson, North Carolina was arrested and charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny, and possession of stolen goods.
The charges stemmed from the breaking and entering at 425 Mason Street in Henderson, North Carolina on February 18, 2010.

During the breaking and entering, numerous electronic items were taken. Upon further investigation by members of the Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division it was determined that Burt was one of the suspects. Subsequently, Burt was listed as one of Henderson’s Most Wanted on the Henderson Police Department Web site.
Burt received a $63,500 secured bond and remains in the Vance County Jail pending a court hearing on April 20, 2010.
