Henderson Police Chief Keith Sidwell announced yesterday the promotion of the following officers, effective yesterday:
Officer Brandon J. Bishop was promoted to the rank of Police Sergeant. Bishop will assume supervisory responsibilities on the Operations Division Power Shift.

Sergeant Steven T. Gresham was promoted to the rank of Police Lieutenant. Gresham has assumed responsibilities as the Zone Commander for Zone 4 and Command of Operations Division Patrol Section 3.

Sergeant David A. Diogo is promoted to the rank of Police Lieutenant. Diogo will assume the responsibilities of Accreditation Manager within the Services Division.

Lieutenant Marcus Barrow was promoted to the rank of Police Captain and has assumed the command of the Services Division.

The promotion of these officers was recognized with a promotional ceremony held at the Henderson Police Department at 1:00 p.m. yesterday. City Manager Ray Griffin and the families of the promoted officers were in attendance along with Henderson Police Department officers and staff.
