In a campaign spanning the last two years, members of the Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, Narcotics Unit, and Power Shift have worked in conjunction with agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina to indict and prosecute numerous offenders in the federal court system.
These sentences and indictments are directly related to the sale of narcotics and the possession of firearms in the Henderson community. The following individuals have been sentenced or are currently under indictment by the United States District Attorney’s Office:

Allen David Hill (picture above) – indicted on multiple counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Reginald Brown (picture above) – indicted for a home invasion robbery.

Mary Brodie (picture above) – sentenced to five years for possession of narcotics and firearms.

Julious Bullock (picture above) – indicted for a home invasion robbery.

James Fisher (picture above) – plead guilty to a home invasion robbery.

Tony Gill (picture above) – sentenced to twenty years for possession of narcotics and firearms.

Ronald Hargrove (picture above) – sentenced to fifty-five years for robbery.

Orlando Harris (picture above) – plead guilty to home invasion robbery.

Ernest (Gus) Hawkins (picture above) – indicted for a home invasion robbery.

Johnnie Hawkins (picture above) – plead guilty to selling a firearm to the ATF and for home invasion robbery.

Frederick Hunt (picture above) – plead guilty to home invasion robbery.
Anthony Sanders (no picture) – plead guilty to possession of firearm by felon and possession of narcotics.

Darick Miles (picture above) – sentenced to fifteen months for possession of firearm by felon.

Carlton Williams (picture above) – sentenced to fifteen months for possession of firearm by felon.

Eddie Williams (picture above) – indicted for possession of firearm by felon.

Stacey Williams (picture above) – sentenced to sixty-nine months for possession of firearm by felon.

William Carroll (picture above) – sentenced to eighty-four months for narcotics and firearm possession.
