Due to the inclement weather during the months of December and January, the City of Henderson has decided to extend its loose leaf collection schedule.
Instead of the January 15, 2011 deadline, loose leaves raked to the curb that are free of trash and other yard debris will be collected until January 31, 2011.
Crews are working diligently to collect leaves at the curb, and your continued support is appreciated. Wet leaves and frozen piles cannot be collected; service has to be suspended until it is possible for the machine to collect the leaves.
