Two arrested under larceny from a merchant law


On January 22, 2011, officers with the Henderson Police Department Patrol Division arrested and charged Rickyshia Hargrove, 20, of 693 Boddie Street Henderson with felony removal of an anti-theft device and simple assault.

Hargrove received a $10,000 secured bond pending a court hearing on January 31, 2011. The assault charge was related to an assault of a Walmart employee.

Also arrested was Jeremy Rollins, 24, of 425 Orange Street, in Henderson, North Carolina.

Rollins was charged with felony removal of an anti-theft device, under the larceny of a merchant statue. He received a $20,000 secured bond pending a court hearing on January 31, 2011.

Items taken and recovered were a Samsung Blue Ray Disc DVD player and a Sony Blue Ray Disc DVD player. Total value of the items taken was $252.
