Officer Patricia Myers, the Henderson Police Department’s Officer of the Month for February 2011
Police Officer I Patricia Myers was recognized as the Henderson Police Department’s Officer of the Month for February of 2011.
Myers is assigned to Patrol Section 4 and was the highest producer inn her section in the month of February.
On February 15, 2011 at approximately 4:37 p.m., Officer Myers responded to a call in the area of N. Cooper Drive and Dabney Drive in reference to a green four door vehicle with three subjects inside who had allegedly just stolen items from Walmart. By coordinating with Walmart’s loss prevention officer, Myers recovered ten allegedly stolen video video games from subjects Alycia Coghill and Christopher Coulter after the operator of the vehicle consented to a search.
Coulter was charged with felony larceny and trespassing. Coghill was charged with aid and abetting Coulter. Her bond was set at $10,000 unsecured.
Myers started her law enforcement career with the Henderson Police Department on August 20, 2010. She is from Sandy Ridge, North Carolina, and she completed Basic Law Enforcement Training at Forsyth Community College in King, North Carolina.
