Happy Friday to all! A reminder this weekend VGCC hosts an open house at their Warren County Campus. Also, right here in Henderson, the local city police department will host a Night Out Against Crime. That’s Saturday evening from 5pm to 8pm at the city police department.
Seems to be some stress around, so we’ll start out with something a little light. Obama Turns 50 Despite Republican Opposition. After months of heated negotiations and failed attempts to achieve any kind of consensus, President Obama turned 50 years old Thursday, drawing strong criticism from Republicans in Congress. Here is a link to an article on the subject, with videos and links for further information.
The videos are full of information about the subversion of private property rights, and other ownership rights.
Please take some time and read the article, amd watch both videos. (one is by a Liberal Democrat with a link to Democrats Against Agenda 21)

This is important stuff that we must be informed about and be aware that soon, Agenda 21, will be coming to a state, county and town near you..

DISGRACE!
now wait for the denials and excuses and attacks on the meanies at S&P…
It’s already started. The pres said that they used “tainted” data. Give me a break, The only thing tainted is this administration.
The S&P did make a mistake in calculations, $2 trillion worth. John Chambers, head of sovereign ratings for S&P, admitted there was an error in a CNN interview Friday night, saying “we agree with the Treasury’s position on this and our figures reflect that.” But he also said the error “doesn’t make a material difference — it doesn’t change the fact that your debt-to-GDP ratio … will continue to rise over the next decade,” he told “AC360.”
I don’t trust any “government figures”.
Obama is on a whirlwind campaign tour and he is using his birthday to grab more money while the country is in deep crisis. The Democrats should even agree that it is in very poor taste for him to be saying “let them eat cake!” at this critical time.
Taliban takes credit for shooting down a military helicopter in Afghanistan killing over 20 of the Navy Seal Elite team. It is time to bring the troops home. This is an unwinable war.
Prayers for the families of these and all soldiers. Rest in Peace brave souls.
Phil’s post #5…”” But he also said the error “doesn’t make a material difference — it doesn’t change the fact that your debt-to-GDP ratio … will continue to rise over the next decade,” he told “AC360.””
and that’s the whole point. SPENDING AND GROWING GOVERNMENT, and in a bad economy with no growth and no jobs and less revenue coming in to pay the bills.
Our government has spent us into oblivian and acted like a bunch of spoiled brats.
Our economy is in the tank, and all they talk about is raising taxes, creating more regulations on businesses, and spending more money.
They caused this disgrace, and instead of manning up..they’ll whine and point fingers.
Prudence, I hadn’t heard about that.
What a terrible shame.
May God Bless them and all of those in harm’s way.
