On June 28, 2011 about 10:15pa.m. the Vance County Sheriff Office responded to Dabney Convenience Store 10 Ruin Creek Road in reference to a breaking & entering and Larceny. Upon arrival Deputies talked to Mohamed Shehata who stated that suspects had gained entry to the business by breaking out the glass to the side door. Larceny of Motor Vehicle and Property Damage
On June 31, 2011 about 3:10pa.m. The Vance County Sheriff Office responded to J&J Logging Co. 255 JP Taylor Road in reference to a Motor Vehicle Larceny and property damage case. Upon arrival Deputies talked to David Scott who stated that suspects had stolen a One Ton 1995 Dodge Dump Truck Lic. BM-8134 and drove through a chain fence around the property.
