Jessie Jacobs
On December 23, 2011 members of the Special Operations Division arrested Jessie Heatherly Jacobs, a W/F of 4042 Cannady Mill Road, Kittrell. Jacobs was charged with (7) seven counts of Uttering a Forged Instrument, (7) seven counts of Forgery of Instrument, and (7) seven counts of Larceny by Employee. The victim in this case is SERVPRO of Henderson. Jacobs has been placed in the Vance County Jail under a $70,000 bond and a court date of January 30th 2012.
By the looks of her it appears that we will have another addict that will possibly be sent to prison instead of rehab. Drugs seem to be a very profitable business in the Henderson/Vance area b/c I am quite sure those mugshots of the Walmart thieves aren’t stealing ‘stuff’ for themselves. It is stolen and used to barter/trade with the dealers…GUARANTEED!!!

You have a point Peggy. We do not know if the accused has an addiction to anything and obviously she is presumed innocent until proven guilty. But normally something like this will be pled down after an agreement is made between her and the employer with approval from the D.A.

This is a sad statement about HiH. All this commentary over a wonderful momma and nice sister who got busted for ripping off her employer. There are so many important things that go on without commentary. This trivial common theft has generated more commentary that any ten other news postings if the past 90 days.
