Shop Manager wanted for full service granite facility in Henderson North Carolina. Potential candidate must have at least two years of experience in manufacturing facility and/or granite facility. This person will oversee all aspects of day to day operations and be responsible for meeting minimum production goals. Must be able to supervise employees, meet production goals, read drawings, understand math and measurements, receive material/inventory, order shop supplies. MUST have a valid driver’s license, speak and write English clearly, Spanish speaking not required, but very helpful. Salary plus benefits as well as bonus for exceeding minimum production goals with no production mistakes.
